Uptooyoo is an online platform where customers can discover and book a wide range of services. We support both digital services (like graphic design, writing, etc.) and physical services (like plumbing, gardening, or cleaning). Service providers can list their offerings, and customers can connect with them easily through the platform.

Customers browse service listings, select a provider, and make a booking. For digital services, payment is processed through the platform and only released once the job is completed. For physical services, bookings are managed through Uptooyoo, but payment must be arranged directly between the customer and provider.

No. Currently, only digital services support online payment through the platform. For physical services (like plumbers or cleaners), customers and providers handle payment off-platform.

When a customer books a digital service, payment is securely held by Uptooyoo. Once the service is completed and confirmed by the customer, funds are released to the provider.

Yes. We use secure, trusted payment gateways. Payment is only released to the provider once the customer confirms that the work is completed.

Yes. Uptooyoo charges a 15% commission on all payments processed through the platform (for digital services only). This helps us maintain the platform, provide support, and handle disputes.

Customers can raise a dispute before payment is released. Our team will investigate and work to find a fair resolution for both parties.

No. At this stage, service providers must choose to offer either digital services or physical services, not both. This helps us streamline the experience and manage bookings and payments more efficiently.

Payments are released after the customer confirms the job is complete. It typically takes 1–2 business days to reflect in your account, minus the 15% commission.

After work has been submitted the client has 72 hours to either accept the work or start a dispute. If there is no response from the client in 72 hours it is deemed an automatic acceptance and payment will be released to the service provider.

Click “List a Service” on the homepage, complete the sign-up form, and add your services. Note* digital service providers will be required to enter their banking details when signing up.

Providers are rated and reviewed by other customers. You can view feedback on each provider’s profile before booking.

Uptooyoo does not currently handle payment for physical services. You’ll need to arrange payment directly with the provider after booking through the platform.

Yes, but only before payment has been made, thereafter the dispute functionality will need to be used.

Yes. We use secure systems to protect your personal and payment information at all times.

If there’s a problem, you can raise a dispute through your account. Payment will be withheld while you and the service provider try to come to an agreement (eg: extra revisions). If the parties cannot resolve the issue Uptooyoo will step in to decide on the appropriate solution.

Absolutely. Use the report function on the platform or contact support if anything goes wrong.

We require your payment details upfront so we can securely process your payouts. When you complete jobs through Uptooyoo, we transfer your earnings directly to your bank account.   Your information is handled securely through our payment partner, and we do not charge you anything upfront to load your banking details—the only fee we take is the 15% commission on completed jobs.

When you first sign up, you get 12 free bookings to help you get started and build your reputation on Uptooyoo. After these 12 bookings are used, you’ll need to subscribe to one of our paid plans to keep accepting new jobs. Please note digital services will still be required to pay the 15% service fee on successful payments during this free booking phase

You’ll be prompted to choose a subscription plan that suits your needs. Subscriptions unlock unlimited bookings while active.

Yes! You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
